The Classic Lumen hanging mobiles are a under viewing mobile and have been our premier performer since it was first designed by Joel Hotchkiss in 1981. Still very contemporary and modern, the black aluminum framing outlines the nine colorful fabric combinations that we currently offer.

A perfect design solution for over a desk, a couch or in a bedroom and appropriate in rooms for children of all ages from the nursery and up! All arms and fabric disks move independently 360 degrees. 

We also have slightly larger "ALUMENA" mobile design which has a wider circular shape that may fit a larger space more appropriately.

 

Our most popular combination mobile is the Tri-Lumen. It is created by combining 3 Single Lumen Mobiles at different lengths to transform into a colorful, multi-piece and impressive work of kinetic art. Hanging from a T-Bar we provide, the final composition incorporates 21 individual armatures and vanes, each moving 360 degrees - independent of one another with over lapping shapes hovering horizontally over the viewers perspective.

 

The Tri-Lumen is a perfect solution for a room with a vaulted ceiling, an enclosed porch or over a seating area/coffee table or bedroom.
